I have always loved learning more about a human than what’s on the surface. I love getting to know who YOU are, what fuels you, and why you are (or aren’t) passionate about your work. To me, it’s a privilege to work alongside people of different backgrounds with their own stories — and their own “whys”. Why? Because it allows me to understand your strengths, pet peeves, and everything-in-between, which leads to a much stronger and effective relationship.

At first I thought my curiosity was just… curiosity. Turns out, cultivating a positive environment in the workplace is called something (who knew): employee engagement, or experience. This is one of my “why’s”. I love finding real, meaningful ways to make people happy coming to work. This doesn’t mean stopping at free bagels. Although, I love everything bagels toasted with half scallion/half veggie cream cheese (deliveries accepted). And so, I am proud to have taken big ideas from my brain, and with the support of many incredibly skilled & patient people, brought them to life.
