I like to call this program my Super Bowl.
The idea was born on a flight from Newark, NJ to San Antonio, TX. I’m not sure what about the United pretzels inspired me to think so hard about retaining our Account Executives, but that’s where it all began.
At its core, this is what the programs seek to accomplish:
The President’s Club honors the local winner (highest performing AE YoY) from each market
The CEO’s Club honors the region winner, bringing the most high-performing sales performers together into one group
The CEO’s Club inductees were flown out to NYC for the experience of a lifetime, jam-packed with recognition & surprises. See below!
This program meant a lot to me for a lot of reasons. When I brainstormed, pitched, and did the behind-the-scenes work leading up to it, I didn’t think it would have as big of an impact on so many people as it did.
This was a milestone for 31 special, talented and very deserving individuals and their families. And for that, I thank them for letting me share in their special career milestone.
The planning, data prepping, email drafting, event producing, Times Square billboard-ing & securing Ryan Seacrest as a host was well worth it. :)
